Topics will include; how to build communication with clients vulnerable to pain, programming, general do’s and don’ts, and discussions on what to do next when the usual “go to exercise” isn’t working.
Course materials include Laura Helsel Gauthier’s book, and handouts.

Virtual Private Package of 8 (45min class)
When getting to the studio isn’t going to happen, keep your practice going with virtual private sessions. Small props such as a squishy ball and thera-band are good additions to the class along with a Mat. If you have access to the Pilates equipment, we’ll build a program just like your studio experience.
