Class Schedule

SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE

Level 1

This class is for those new to Pilates.  The pace is slow to moderate with modifications that work best for your body.  You'll be feeling limber and stronger after this class.

Level 1 - 2

For clients with a strong Pilates foundation.  Level 2 exercises are incorporated.  A slow to moderate pace.

Level 2

Clients have a strong Pilates foundation.  Level 2 exercises with more repetitions and variations are incorporated.  Moderate - Challenging

Level 2 - 3

A challenging class with more variations of exercises and faster pace. This class is for those with advanced Pilates experience and requires approval from Centred Pilates.

Pilates with HIIT

A fun and challenging class starting with a solid Pilates foundation of exercises and then 4 -12 minutes of Pilates inspired HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and finishing with a Pilates cool down.  This is an open class and adaptations are given for students to choose. Moderate to challenging pace.

Open

A moderately paced class with modifications given.  Suitable to all levels.

Gentle Pilates

This class offers a slower pace, exercise modifications and clear guidance for stability and alignment. Ideal for new clients or those post injury.
